Our Mother's Morning Out program has been carefully planned to provide you a block of time away from your child to meet your personal needs and to provide your child opportunities for happy learning experiences at church with other children.
Hours of Operation:
Mother's Morning Out will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. We begin August 12, 2008 and the last day will be Thursday, May 12, 2009.
WE OBSERVE ALL MCDUFFIE COUNTY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Reservations:
Our program is set up on a reservation basis. You may make weekly, biweekly, or standing reservations. Reservations must be made or cancelled no later than Monday at noon. This will allow us time to fill any available openings. A waiting list is available if all openings are filled. If reservations are not cancelled, you are still responsible for the weekly charges.
Cost:
The cost is $12.50 each day per child. Payments should be given to the greeter upon arrival. Payments may be made in advance.
Things to Bring for Your Child:
Diaper bags including all personal items needed by your child.
An extra change of clothing in a labeled bag.
A spill-proof cup for juice. Snack is provided.
Be sure all possessions are labeled with you childs name
Arrival - Departure:
Children should arrive between 8:50 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please enter the church parking lot from the front entrance closest to the Post Office; this will help with the traffic due to Cornerstone Preschool drop off. You will need to bring your child into the building and sign in. Children should be picked up promptly at noon using the same method as arrival.
Security System:
Upon enrollment in MMO, you will complete a Permission to Pick-Up form. Only the people you listed on this sheet may pick up your child. We must have it in writing if you intend for someone other than those listed to pick up your child.
Health Policies:
For the protection of your child and the other children, parents may not bring a child who appears ill.
If a child develops a fever or other symptoms of illness while at MMO, the parents will be contacted to take the child home.
Mother's Morning Out Caregivers:
Anna Belle Neal
Shirley Hunnicutt
Mary Frances Hyman
