Church Choir
(ages 18 and up)

Meets on Wednesdays, 7:15-8:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary Building -Choir Room (4th level) to develop good choral sound and techniques while preparing service music for morning worship, special, and seasonal events. Childcare is provided
Student Choir
(grades 7-12)
Director: Rev. Mark Bowers
Meets on Sundays, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary Building -Choir Room (4th level) and usually sings in the evening worship service. Students learn to sing four-part harmony and develops skills that build good choral sound, while preparing music for the evening service, special events, and choir/mission tours. Rehearsals are followed by a snack supper for the students and choir workers.
Solo / Ensemble Program
Soloists, duets, trios, a ladies' ensemble, and men's quartets are used in morning and evening services and special events. All are coordinated by the minister of music with various leaders and accompanists, and meet at appropriate times to prepare for a particular service.
Adult and Student Handbells (by audition)
Meets as needed to prepare for seasonal music or special worship services. The time is determined by the group ringing. This team uses three octaves of the Schulmerich bells.
Keyboard Program
- An Allen 1200 Digital Organ and a Baldwin 6' grand piano are used in morning and evening worship services. Lessons on either instrument are available through private studios. Performance of prepared appropriate music is encouraged in any service or special event.
- A Yamaha SY-77 synthesizer/keyboard and Kurzweill RG200 digital piano are available for use on special occasions
